I have redeemed my coupon but my device didn't get updated

  2. Activate a coupon

If you have redeemed your coupon online, you need to apply the license generated from the coupon on your device.

  1. Login to your account online click here 
  2. Go to My licenses section
  3. Select the device from the list and click activate.
  4. The New expiry will get refreshed on your app approximately after 5 min.
